This 2 bedroom bright little house is located across from the Summerside Boardwalk in the downtown area. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, casino and horse races. The home is tastefully furnished and contains a fully stocked kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms (one queen and one double). There is a 60" flat screen TV with a Fire Stick and Wifi. Please note: the staircase going up to the bedrooms and bathroom is quite small and narrow, considering the year the house was built, this was a common feature. It may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Also, I want to add that because of the age of this sweet little house, it's not uncommon to find an even floor, or the odd crack in the plaster. Many of my guests have appreciated the old characteristic and charm this house provides - but best of all, is the location.
