This sweet apartment is a cozy retreat in the heart of one of Toronto's coolest areas, the Junction & Roncesvalles Village. You are a 3 minute walk from the UP Train, GO Train and Subway. The neighborhood offers the quiet and privacy of a village with the bustle and fun of the City, just a short walk away. The very private back deck is shared with us. Weber BBQ, lounge chairs and fresh herbs in summer.

Our hood also abounds in fresh veggie stands, Saturday farmers markets & great fish and meat shops. We have taken great pride in setting up a 'cooks' kitchen in the flat so if making your own meals is your thing, you are all set.
***IMPORTANT***
This is a basement apartment that has two levels and the upper level; kitchen, bathroom and bedroom ceiling height is 6'1”. If you are taller than 6' you may find this ceiling too low. The sunken Living room ceiling is 7'.

Other things to note
Your flat is a garden view, basement apartment in our home. The ceiling height is 6'1” in part of the suite so not recommended for very tall people. We live in the rest of the home, so you may hear our general comings and goings, however your space is totally separate and completely private. We are an empty nest couple so no need to worry about late night partying. We live on the upper levels so you may occasionally hear footsteps.
We have 2 dogs, a friendly, goofy Golden Retriever and a cute as a bug Ganaraska . You may meet them in the back yard occasionally.
Arrival and check out times are posted, however if you have a special request we will always do our best to accommodate it.
There is one point of entry to this private unit and one emergency exit in bedroom with push out emergency safety window.
