Centrally located with all the amenities you will need. Prince George is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and numerous lakes. After a day of adventures you can come home to a comfortable king sized bed to get a good nights rest.

Welcome to our very cozy & comfortable Airbnb suite with no stairs, ground entry level.

The location is close to the hospital, only a 3-5 min walk.
There are many restaurants nearby, including Earls, Moxies, Red Robin, Boston Pizza, McDonalds & much much more!
There are 2 Save-On-Foods grocery stores for your convenience, just a 4-5 minute drive.

Guests can enjoy their privacy with self check in and separate entrance, the right side duplex.

The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, side tables & lamps, white noise machine, alarm clock, USB plug-in, blackout curtains, laundry basket, and lots of closet space with hangers. There’s also complimentary slippers to keep your feet cozy.

The bathroom features a shower with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap body bars.

The living room offers a relaxing environment with a sofa that converts into a queen size pullout bed if extra sleeping space is needed. If you are bored there are some board games to keep you busy.

You will have everything you would need in the fully stocked kitchen including; toaster, ninja blender, kettle, hand mixer, pots/pans, dishware, storage containers, cookie sheets, cutting boards, wine glasses, & of course a coffee maker with filter.

Guests will have full access to the huge yard shaded by large oak trees.

PARKING

Parking in driveway for 1 vehicle at the side of the duplex just off of the alleyway.
Parking on street in front of place is only short term. Parking is not allowed on residential streets during spring and summer sweeping operations from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
Cars impeding sweeping operations on any city street may be ticketed and/or towed.

PET FRIENDLY
**Maximum of 2 pets only**

It is very important that our guests are comfortable along with their dog. Your fur baby has a specifically labelled blanket for the couch and bed if they like to be close to you at all time. They have their own food & water dish, doggie towel, poop bags, leash, pet bed, dog toys, and treats.

Pets are not to be left unattended and please utilize the poop bags left for you to clean up after your pet. There is a small black garbage can outside the back door that you can dispose of the poop bags.

Take your dog to the Duchess Park off Leash Dog Park, only a 11 minute walk. Or adventure out to some of our other beautiful parks to take your pooch for a walk.

* Please be advised our home is ½ of a duplex. We ask that all guests be respectful of others and adhere to quiet hours 10pm-8am for the enjoyment of all*.
