Enjoy a peaceful stay in my 3BR (one king, two queen) apartment on the ground floor of a duplex (feels like a house). Large L-shaped couch that one person can sleep on. Recently renovated, big screen TV, dining table for 6, dishwasher, washer, dryer, big separate bathtub, lots of clothes storage.
Tranquil terrace with lounge and hammock, leads to garden and private parking for two cars.
In the leafy and walkable neighbourhood of Verdun, 5 minutes walk to Wellington Street, voted 'coolest street in the world' by Time Out magazine.
There are three metro stations all within walking distance, making it a short trip to access downtown Montreal or any of the main attractions of the city.
Apartment is on the ground floor of a duplex, in the hip neighbourhood of Verdun, has 3 bed, 1 bath, fully furnished, with backyard deck, garden, parking space, recently renovated, warm and cozy family house feeling.
The apartment has a leafy green backyard with birds and squirrels, plus space for your car, easily accessed via the laneway.
A covered 'terrasse' (deck) looks out over the backyard, where you can sit back on the comfy patio furniture or hammock and enjoy your morning coffee (not in winter though!).

- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, includes electric oven, stove, microwave, tall fridge and dishwasher. Also coffee maker, pressure cooker, blender and kettle.
- Lots of amazing cafes, restaurants, pizza places, organic grocer, boutiques, gift shops, vintage clothing outlets, gym, bike shop, dentist -- everything you could need, all within walking distance on Rue Wellington
