➜ Full sets of sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels available at the cottage but we recommend you bring extra for your stay.
➜ The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a large fridge and stove.
➤ Kindly be advised to bring your own drinking water for personal consumption.
➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Four (4) parking spots on the driveway are available for guests' use. STRICTLY NO PARKING on the street - Immediate towing for guest expense.
➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home!

The Township of Tiny is part of the County of Simcoe in south-central Ontario and can be found in the Southern Georgian Bay region. It is the most northerly Township of the County of Simcoe and occupies most of the Penetanguishene peninsula.
This location is a car-dependent area.
➤ Please note that the basement area may be cooler than the main floor.
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer a bag drop-off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house/cottages, including the patio. Please smoke just out at the yard. :)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
