Light, airy, newly renovated three bedroom and two bathroom cottage located on and having direct access to Cousins Shore Beach, one of the most family friendly beaches on PEI.
The cottage features a striking 180 degree view of the Gulf of St. Lawrence and is only a short stroll to the beach. The new family room, surrounded by large windows and a huge deck, overlooks the beach and Gulf. The cathedral ceiling has exposed beams and the room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace and a flat screen smart TV. An updated kitchen offers a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The three bedrooms include a second floor master with queen bed (ensuite bath) and a panoramic view of the Gulf. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and is adjacent to the main floor bathroom (with a magnificent view of the Gulf through a large window). The third bedroom has a double bed and is next to the main bath as well.
