Modern contemporary stylishly furnished 3 bedroom main house where each bedroom has its own private bathroom. There is also a separated cottage studio which is the 4th bedroom with bathroom, kitchenette outdoor shower.
New! Recently finished floor level with the pool table and the exercise equipment. Of course a small chilling area with the TV is there as well.
The home is minutes to restaurants, shops, 10 minutes to the ocean beach! The House is 4 minutes of the club house which has a bowling alley, sports bar , 18 hole mini golf
