Negative: Kids are kids, they make noise playing or just being kids. Noise during the day is fine by me. But if you plan to sleep during the day. Then at this moment it's not for you. Kitchen, when you see a kitchen you would think that the basics are there. Cutting board, salt and pepper are some of the basic not present.
