Positive: The location was perfect because I chose it for my child to take the exam at SMUS—it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the school. It’s also close to the large Hillside Shopping Centre, where there’s a Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart, making it very convenient to buy groceries for cooking. The guest services team was warm and enthusiastic. Francis was especially helpful in keeping our Wi-Fi connected, which ensured my son’s laptop ran smoothly.

Negative: I wasn’t very comfortable with the strong wind in Victoria. It was quite loud at night, so I only slept for a couple of hours.

Summary: excellent location, great service, and a warm, cozy place to stay.
