Other things to note :
- We are dog friendly, however we do have new couches & furniture. Please keep and eye on your pet to avoid damages.
- There is no garage on this property
- There is some road noise, which you can hear when the house is quiet. There is a fan in 1 of the bedrooms for white noise.
- There is an outdoor camera

A security deposit of $500 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $1500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.
