Summary: We were celebrating our anniversary and they were kind and upgraded our room. Staff was friendly, room was nice but the street was kinda noisy and the bed was quite hard and it was super hot in the room even with the heat off. Pool, and hot tub was great but wished they had a shower outside not in the gym. Steamroom was also great. Breakfast buffet was another nice addition other than someone taking our waiters tip, and they said I owed that. Not impressed by that! Hope they look into that. The only other negative thing was we ordered room service our 2nd night. Food was good but kinda cold. Gravy was definitely cold and no microwave in the room to reheat. So definitely needs some improving but overall it was a good stay!
