Built in 1877 this home boasts original Nova Scotia architecture including the famous Lunenburg bump, also known as a Scottish dormer. This home also has cedar shake siding which gives it the iconic Nova Scotian appeal.

The home is located within view of World Famous Oak Island. It is located on a short private gravel street. The only people traveling on this road are other people heading to their properties. The private road ends at the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, it is also very safe and friendly. The neighbors across the way have a couple of dogs that are super friendly and may come and play fetch with you from time to time.
Western shore is situated between Chester and Mahone Bay. It is located on Highway 3, also known as the lighthouse route. Highway 3 is an exceptionally scenic drive with amazing views, picturesque stops, restaurants, art galleries, and other attractions located along it. A vehicle is required, there's no public transit nearby.
