Located waterfront in the fishing community of Souris Pei it is nearby to many scenic beaches, Tuna and other deep sea fishing charters, whale watching charters, world class golf courses and Gourmet Restaurants. The confederation trail bicycle path entrance is within 100 ft of the property.And the isle-de-la- madeline ferry dock is 200 yards east of this home. Weather you're a fisher a golfer a Cyclist or simply want a relaxing beach vacation, this property is ideal.Available for three day, weekly or monthly rental.
