Acadia House is bright and spacious throughout, reflecting the ideal balance between old world charm and new world convenience. Features include a cozy front porch where you can sneak off to read your favourite book under a cool breeze and a west-facing deck to enjoy those balmy Maritime evenings along with their fiery sunsets.
The entire home has been upgraded, with the most recent additions being a perimeter fence to keep the kids safe, new main floor bathroom/laundry area and a kitchen sideboard that includes a coffee bar with an espresso/cappucino maker to start your mornings off right!
The main floor includes the porch, mud-room, living, dining and kitchen areas, the latter with a large island for those who love to cook, and the new main floor bathroom/laundry has a roomy corner shower.
