The Space:
The house is 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Ideal for a large family (all travelers over 12 yrs of age), a group of golfers, avid fishing families or a couple looking for their own private summer retreat. Aside from the unique environment friendly 'timber block' design, the massive upper wrap-around deck is the standout feature of this beach house. With access from the two main bedrooms and stairs below, guests can sit and enjoy the ocean views from sunrise to sunset.

Sunset Dunes in Cape Traverse is a private, beautiful secluded area, with large ocean front properties overlooking one of the nicest sandy beaches in all of PEI, Sunset Beach, and the completely private and ever changing South Beach.
Getting Around:
Cape Traverse is centrally located between Charlottetown (35 mins) and Summerside (24 mins) and only 10 minutes from the Confederation Bridge and the lovely Victoria-by-the-Sea, a quaint fishing village and home to OH Vacation's venerable and historic OH Victoria Hotel.
Other Things to Note:
Included with the property are 4 mountain bikes, bbq & lobster boiler, fishing rods and gear, pickle ball gear and practice area, fire table, portable beach chairs, a great outdoor fire pit and numerous Muskoka chairs to relax on. The beach is an incredible spot to look for sea glass or fish for striped bass - guests can catch their own dinner at high tide from May to October during fishing season. But be ready to haul in 10-15 pound stripers, filet, and cook them!
