Positive: the apt is very clean and nice .

Negative: You can here the neighbors talking like you are beside them. I kept awake until 2am because you can here your neighbors no mater how quietly they are talking. ended up sleeping on the sofa in order to get some sleep.

Summary: for the most part it was ok but you can here your neighbors talking in their apts.
