Set on West Neck Harbor with 3 waterside ensuite bedrooms plus a study with convertible sofa and 4 full bathrooms. In a very private setting, the house has an enclosed stone courtyard leading to the glassed entry which opens on to a spacious common area with views of the water from every air conditioned room. Vaulted ceilings in living area, fireplace, inside and outside dining areas plus fabulous kitchen with honed slate countertops, Top of the line Gaggenau appliances and walnut cabinets. The layout affords great separation for all bedrooms, each with direct access to outdoor water view space. A lovely second story master suite has a bath and deck with wonderful outdoor bathtub and birds eye view of the beach. The outdoor amenities include spacious covered deck areas, patios, outdoor fireplace, shower and kitchen.
