Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing lakefront cottage perfect for your family! Fabulous location close to the general store, Bala and Port Carling for your shopping and dining! A quiet small lake in the hub of Muskoka Lakes, this waterfront paradise is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming and rejuvenating yourself! The swimming is amazing with a sand beach and shallow entry leading to deeper water. The deck is an entertainer's dream with plenty of seating and a year round hot tub!! The cottage is stunning, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fabulous view, fireplace for cooler nights, and three generous size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. The property has 300 feet of frontage and 4 acres of land which is a rarity in Muskoka! The cottage road leading to the property is amazing for walking your dog along, or just going for an evening stroll. Sleeping arrangements are 3 bedrooms, one queen bed on the main floor, one King bed upstairs, one queen bed upstairs. There are 2 washrooms, one with a tub, and one with a walk in shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots/ pans glassware etc. We provide all the linen and towels so you won't need to bring any! The basement is stocked with games, books, a PS3, treadmill and excercise bike. There is also another sitting area in the basement. Plenty to do even on a rainy day!
