Welcome to our delightful 3-bedroom home, ideally located in one of Dartmouth’s most vibrant neighborhoods. Perfect for both short getaways and extended stays, our home offers a cozy retreat with all the modern conveniences you need. Close to Halifax town down. Easy access to public transport
Step inside to find three spacious bedrooms, each designed to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The rooms are furnished with comfortable beds, ample storage, and soft lighting, making them ideal for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together.
Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and all essential cookware. The cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying meals.
The washroom is well-maintained, with a shower/tub combo and fresh towels provided for all guests. For added convenience, we also offer a washer and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay. We have 55” television with access to Netflix.
Guest access
One free parking space is provided on the left side of the driveway. Kindly park your vehicle in the designated spot.
Please follow the sign to get into 17B, which is lower unit in the duplex.
Other things to note
1. No pets allowed. Guests who violate this policy will be fined for professional cleaning.
2. No smoking/vaping inside the house. Guests who violate this policy will be fined $250.
3. Dishes must be cleaned before check-out.
4. Please update the correct number of guests while booking. Otherwise, a charge of $40 will be applied for each additional guest per night
5. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we ask that you observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
6. Security Cameras: For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are installed in front of the parking area, at the front door, and in the backyard. These cameras are only for security purposes and do not monitor any interior spaces.
7. Parking: One free parking spot is available on the property. If you have additional vehicles, there is ample street parking nearby.
8. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00PM, and check-out is at 11:00AM. Please let me know if you need any flexibility, and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
9.Check-Out Reminder: Before checking out, please place all used towels in the washer. This helps us prepare the space quickly for the next guests. Thank you!
10.You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
