Summary: I have no problem staying in 3-star places but I’d like a comfy bed and a clean room. It wasn’t filthy but it wasn’t clean. It was expensive for what you received. The staff was very friendly, so that’s always appreciated.

Summary: The stay was ok. It was what I expected for for the price. It wasn’t the cleanest or the neatest but it was enough for 2 nights. My problem is they haven’t refunded me my $100 deposit. It’s hard to get them on the phone, and I manage to get a hold of someone this morning. After finding out what my concern was, he told me to call later then hung up. I called back to confirm when is the right time, he said “call later i’m busy”. When pressed for more info on “when?”, the guy on the other line states “I’m busy today, call later, maybe tomorrow” then hung up the phone again, so rude. I don’t owe your establishment anything, I’m getting my deposit which i paid for in full. I checked out on the 24th.

Summary: The room was dirty in places and smelled of stale cigarette smoke. My wife bought cleaning products to clean surfaces as well as Febreeze to make the room smell liveable. The shower curtain was dirty and stained. The beds were actually comfy. We stayed two out of three nights.

Summary: This place was very clean, the staff were very friendly and gave us idea for places to visit. The lights in the bathroom were flickering none stop and the tap in the sink was falling off if we were pushing to hard.
