Positive: The location is perfect, everything is close by. The staff is super friendly, helpful and kind.

Negative: Considering the -30 weather, a tray or carpet at the entrance of the room for the snow boots would've been amazing. Also, the room floor was too cold even though the heating was on. They have a shared area where you can heat up your food and use a fridge, which is great, however we needed to wash our plates in the washroom sink, so we suggest having a small sink in the shared living room would be perfect. Lastly, we would've liked to have a garbage bin in the room.

Summary: It has areas to improve, but the location and staff are amazing.
