Summary: Check-in was terrible-No Aspen Village Reception office was open. I had to ask around where to get the key. In the dark night with raining.. also for the first time in this area.. At least the direction how to9 check-in should have been notified by Hotels.Com. Also I saw a few crawling bugs on the floor, I guess I was lucky enough not to0 be bitten while I was sleeping.
