The property is secluded, surrounded by a 11' privet hedge & wooden privacy fence. A beautifully designed 5 bedroom layout that fits 11 people comfortably with 2 additional couches for those extras to spread out. Main entrance is from a small front porch into a large sunroom that opens to a screened in porch. 2nd level houses the living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. 3rd level has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed and 3 exposures and one with full-size bed and 2 exposures, and 1 full bath with prewar large soaking tub and shower. 4th Level: 1 bedroom and one full spa-like bath, with steam shower. Top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full size & 1 twin beds the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. An extremely comfortable home with many places to find your own private time or common spaces to be with your group. The great outdoors has it all; large pool, lounge chairs, dining area, propane grill, 5 bikes, 8 beach chairs, and many outdoor games. You may never want to leave the property. But the beach is only 9 blocks an easy walk, bike ride, drive and now new public scooters. There are many new restaurants & retail shops all along the boardwalk & downtown.
