This restored century cottage complete with swimming pool is nestled in private and beautiful gardens in the village of Pt. Rowan. Its a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. Need somewhere to unwind? Sometimes all it takes is a moment of connection to see the world differently. Although the principle King bedroom and main bathroom are on the main floor, the house has steep stairs to the second floor with two bedrooms and a bathroom so may not be suitable for very young children or people who have some mobility challenges. The main floor library has a twin size day bed. Its private enough to be used as a bedroom.
