A beautiful sunny home that has everything that a holiday maker needs for a beautiful and peaceful vacation.
The house interior features:
- 4 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 single beds.
- 1 fully renovated bachelor apartment (that sleeps 3) with full kitchen and bathroom
- 2 single sofa beds
- Trundle bed (2 single beds)
- 2.5 renovated bathrooms
- 3 smart TVs with free internet and Netflix - Bluetooth soundbar in the main living room.
- Newly renovated kitchen with all equipment (crock pot, N Espresso machine, blender, fondu kit, raclette, panini maker, electric griddle, microwave, stove, fridge with ice maker, pots, pans, storage, dishes and flatware for 12 people.

- Sauna (open all year) located just off the kitchen in a beautiful sun room, Bluetooth speaker system.

- Romantic pergola with fire pit (slightly up the hill) from the pool.
- Beautiful and well maintained gardens with perennials that bloom at all times of the summer season.
- Parking for 6 cars
- All sheets and pillow cases are washed in javel. The beds are pre-made.
- Before guests leave the house, we request that all sheets and pillow cases be removed from the bed and put in the laundry room.
- Any and all leftover groceries must either be brought home with you or disposed of at the cottage prior to their departure.
The pool and sauna are operational. My husband goes over everyday to clean the pool and take chemical balancing readings.
This reservation has a Strict cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 60 days prior to check-in.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, parties permitted, pets permitted.
Any and all use of the following items are strictly forbidden on the entire site and surrounding areas :

RESPONSIBILITY
Guests will be responsible for any breakages, losses or damage caused by you or a member of your party during your stay in the accommodation.
It is the guests' responsibility to put right the damage or to make full payment to Chimo Refuges Inc. before departure.

- Exterior spaces (including but not limited to home, driveway, stairs, balcony, patio)
- Furniture
- All interior spaces (including and not limited to walls, floors, ceilings, water damage)
- Sauna and surrounding area
- Pool and surrounding area (including but not limited to gardens, furniture, BBQ)
- Forested area (including but not limited to trees, grass)
Not reported prior to guest departure will be subject to a minimum fee of $150.
These amounts will be charged to the guests' credit card without prior notice.
Photographic evidence of any damages will be retained and available upon request.
Any and all deliberate damage made to surrounding trees will be subject to a $100 charge per tree.

BEHAVIOUR
Guests are responsible for compliance with all relevant regulations applicable to Chimo Refuges Inc. during your holiday.
If in the opinion of our Management your behavior is disruptive or causing distress, injury or danger to other clients, our staff or any other third party, your reservation may be terminated and Chimo Refuges Inc. shall not be responsible for any costs or claims that are incurred.
