Inside, the heart of the house opens to a breathtaking lakeview kitchen — a place where sunlight dances off high-end appliances and conversations linger around a large, inviting island. Just beyond, the dining room and coffee bar set the stage for slow mornings and laughter-filled nights around the dining table. Just off the coffee bar, you can access the basement laundry room and exercise room for your convenience. Back on the main-floor, a bedroom with lake views, with ensuite bathroom make it accessible for guests with mobility considerations. While upstairs, three more bedrooms, a second kitchenette, a cozy living space with two TVs, and a pool table promise comfort and entertainment around every corner.
Above it all, the entertainment loft calls — a playground of memories with a poker table, arcade-style basketball, air hockey, and foosball, ready for late-night tournaments and early morning victories.

Sunset Cove Lakehouse is designed for easy, unforgettable stays. Inside, you’ll find four cozy lakeview bedrooms, a stunning chef’s kitchen with essential cooking tools and appliances (see listed amenities), and plenty of space to relax or play across multiple entertainment areas.
Step outside and soak it all in — gather by the lakeside fire pit, grill on the natural gas BBQ, or dine under the stars. Muskoka chairs, an outdoor dining area, and sweeping waterfront views create the perfect backdrop for making memories.
Guests will have access to the laundry room and exercise equipment located in the basement.
Parking: Private driveway for three vehicles, with additional on-street parking nearby.

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.
Rental Agreement - Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
As an API connected partner, we are authorized by Airbnb to require a Security Deposit. A $350 Security deposit hold will be charged 24 hours before check-in to the method of payment added to your secure guest portal through the link provided in your booking confirmation message.
The online check-in form must be completed for your door code to be generated in your guest portal.
House Rules: NO EVENTS OR PARTIES PERMITTED
NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED!
Hot Tub: MUST place & secure the cover on the hot tub when not in use. No Glass in or around Hot Tub.
Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.
The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal
Check In: after 4 pm
Check Out: 10 am to avoid the $75 late check out fee.
Smoking/Vaping: Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately
Shoes: We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off before entering the hot tub and the house.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests: We ask that there are no unregistered guests past 10pm.Pre check in form must be submitted- All guests must be registered.
Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM-8AM
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.
Parking: Please Park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware: Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided kitchenware for our guests; we kindly ask that you load dishwasher and start before leaving. Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture & décor: Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
Pets: Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels: Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water & septic: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.
Liability: The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
