The bathroom has a shower and cast iron tub. TV, wifi, Apple TV, Xbox 360 with various games, board games. Desk with monitor provided. 120 ft private backyard with a pond. Minutes to bus stops, a 5-minute drive to Downtown Halifax. Driveway parking for 3 cars. Close to Stadacona, Irving Shipbuilding, you can see the shipyard from the street, and the backyard borders the Stadacona base. Close to Northwood Manor. Pets are allowed, but a cleaning fee will be deducted from the damage deposit if the furniture needs cleaning. No pets on the beds, please.
