All conveniences including, central air conditioning, flat screen TVs, WIFI, laundry room on property with several washers/dryers, natural gas grill so never have to worry about propane tanks running out, deck and/or patio, and off street parking. We also provide Seasonal Beach badges with all our properties (5 badges per apartment) for your use. A $40/day value. Close to Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from Atlantic City. Great family place.

This apartment also has a 2nd full tile bath. In the living room their also is a queen sized pull out couch that can sleep 2 more people, giving you total sleeping for up to 8 people in this apartment. This apartment also has an eat in kitchen, an enclosed porch with sitting area in the front of the house, gas grill, off-street parking, AC, Flat Screen TV, Wifi, access to laundry facilities on the property, paver patio with table and chairs, and outside enclosed sand shower. Each apartment also comes with 5 seasonal beach badges which will save you $50/day in beach access fees.
