10 minutes North of the City of Prince George you will find this hillside home which is steps away from the Hart Ski Hill. It is also close to the Hart mall which hosts several restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, and shopping center. If you are looking for a home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with off street parking it does not get better than this location.
Inside you will find all the amenities of home including a brand-new kitchen that is open to the living/dining area with all kitchen supplies needed to utilize this space and a Nespresso Coffee Maker. The living room hosts a large HD flat screen ROKU TV with Netflix and Prime Video plus channels. With large electric reclining leather couches, you can take full advantage of movie night. The back deck is located off of the kitchen and hosts a patio dining set as well as a lounge set and a BBQ for summer or winter cookouts. The backyard is fenced and somewhat private with a firepit as well (Please check local government website for any fire restrictions) we provide each stay with a load of firewood.
3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a full bathroom complete this main floor unit. There is a queen fold out bed in the living area for a total sleeping occupancy of 6. There is your own all in one laundry machine to make the longer stays more convenient.
We are pet and kid friendly with some amenities for both children and pets, please keep in mind this is a main floor suite and there is a family living beneath you. While we try our best to minimize interference between guests there may be noise transfer from one suite to another.
