Summary: We enjoyed our stay, the location was wonderful, although the heading on the listing did mention waterfront, which this building isn’t. No mention in the original listing that parking would be $10 per day, it merely said “assigned.” When we arrived and accessed the underground parking, nowhere to park, had to phone the emergency number provided, speak to a person in charge, texted a photo of our rental car, and we were assigned parking spot 35. All this at 9.30 in the evening after a five hour flight. 365 did respond quickly to any enquiries during our stay, and facilitated a way to pay for the parking at the end of our stay as we weren’t able to e-transfer. More clarity needed in the listing; we understand not everyone needs parking, but knowing before we arrived would have been so much easier. The apartment is very pleasant, but needs tlc.
