Wake up to the sound of waves and fall asleep to the sun setting over the Pacific. Steps to the sand and sea! Right in the heart of the action on The Strand while being set back from the hustle & bustle in your private oasis. Walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, restaurants, shops, etc.
No service/support animals as the owner has severe allergies.
A clean modern feel of a hotel with all the necessities and comforts of home.
We are available when needed during your stay.
Steps to the beach. Walking distance to Oceanside Pier, Harbor and tons of restaurants, shops and cafes.
Please note the city of Oceanside drudges the beach for approximately 4-6 weeks in April/May. They typically begin the week after Iron Man. There is full beach access during this time but there will be equipment on the beach in view from cottage.
The Strand and street access to cottages by car is blocked during the Iron Man marathon.
PARKING: Park in spot 20. A 2nd car can park across the way against the embankment. Grab parking passes from the kitchen.
- Check-Out is anytime before 10am
- Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. A respectful level of volume must be kept at all hours of the day. All music, TV, voices, etc must be kept low. No parties allowed. Guests must be respectful of neighbors and other guests.
- No smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. If you smoke ANYTHING anywhere on the property, the HOA fee is $500. This fee will be passed onto the guest.
- If more guests are found to be staying in the cottage than allowed, guest will be charged accordingly and/or their reservation will be cancelled immediately.
- We use a device to monitor sound levels inside the unit.
- Video cameras may be use on the property grounds. No cameras will be used inside the unit.
- Please do not spray sunblock, tanning oil or spray tan inside. Go outside for any of these items.
- The Homeowners Association has rules and restrictions all guest much abide by. If these rules are broken, the HOA will charge fees, which will be passed on to the guest. No skateboarding, rollerskating, rollerblading, biking etc on the property. Motorcycles are not allowed anywhere on the property aside from parking lot. Do not leave towels hanging on porch or table. Hang all towels on the clothesline behind the cottage.
