Welcome to our beautiful and very cozy basement suite, our suite offers 2 bedrooms each bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed for you to have a great night of sleep and recharge your energy and enjoy all North Vancouver has to offer.
Our suite is centrally located and very conveniently surrounded by breathtaking scenery and conveniently close to Edgemont Village where can find all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops. Only 1~2 minutes to the nearest bus stop.
The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful and very cozy basement suite! This 1000 SQFT space area studio room is clean and spacious enough for a small group of travelers. It's ideal for couples or a family with two kids. This cozy basement suite room offers simplicity and comfort. The apartment is centrally located, with easy access to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and other amenities. We prioritize cleanliness and provide a sanitized environment for your safety and enjoyment.

A living room with a pleasant sofa set, and a television, is good for indoor relaxation, drinking coffee, reading books, or watching movies.
Full kitchen great for meal preparations is equipped with refrigerator, electric stove w/ oven, electric kettle, microwave for heating food. Complete cooking wares and dining wares.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire basement suite and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Each new guest will have an access code to enter the house which is only valid during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
The area is a quiet residential area, away from the main traffic street but with easy access to the highway.
Getting Around:

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( Electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided: Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Entrance of the suite area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
