Available from September 1st to June 30 or July 15 of 2024. Perfect home, completely renovated over the last few years. Fully furnished with very comfortable and simple furniture. Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room on the main level with a new, large deck off the living room. 2 bedrooms, 3-pc ensuite bath, and main 4 piece bath complete this level. Downstairs, there is an open area for coats and footwear, laundry and utility room, and another bedroom with a double bed. Plenty of windows, and light, throughout, making this home cozy and naturally warm. Main level has a heat pump that keeps the house at comfortable temperatures all year round. We also have a one-bedroom apartment located in part of the basement. This is currently rented with quiet tenants. They have their own entrance and driveway. They share the laundry room with the main house tenants/guests. There is a barn that is located on the property but not included in the rental and will be locked. Plenty of parking. Close to parks and many hiking and walking trails. Only 20 minutes to downtown and universities. We are just minutes from Bayer's Lake shopping area, gas stations, a local pub, pizza take-out, dentist, pharmacy, and even a doggie daycare and vet clinic. 20 minute drive to St. Mary’s University, and Dalhousie University, and Mount Saint Vincent University is a 15 minute drive. All utilities including WIFI are included in the rental fee.
