Welcome to the Crown Waterfront Cottage, 90 feet of a private Sandy clean beach, clear water, no weed, Shallow water, Great for kids and adults.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. All-season Lakefront cottage, within 90 mins from Toronto. Located on the east shore of Lake Couchiching, known for its beautiful sunsets. Perfect for boating/fishing and enjoying life's moments. 5 miin to the town of Washago and 10 mins north of Casino Rama. 15 minutes to Moose Beach.
The space
Two bedrooms upstairs, and one Berdoorm Downstairs plus one large bedroom in the bunkie ( Bunkei can not be used in winter ) with a total of 7 beds. Please See the Pictures for the home layout.

Bunkie
# Has a queen, and a single bed, AC, and closet.
The Second building is the bunkie next to and is separated approximately 8 feet from the main building which gives privacy for a third family. it has a Large room with a queen bed and one single bed, 3 people can sleep in the second building. it also offers a setting area inside the bunkie facing the lake. small table and storage for your clothes. it is equipped with an AC as well.
The bunkie is NOT heated in the winter, so it can not be used in the winter.
Large size deck with a table and four chairs facing the lake, enjoy the sunset view from the deck. BBQ grill with a full propane tank.
Large driveway that can fit 8 cars, and a very large Green backyard perfect for your kids and pets.
The water surrounds the backyard from three sides which gives the panoramic Lakeview. Private 90 feet waterfront clean beach, sandy, warm, and shallow water. Great swimming and great fishing.
Water Toys
One paddle boat, 2 Kayaks, 2 Paddle boards, and 8 lifejackets are all for you to enjoy Free.
Fire pit with a setting area, and another enclosed fire pet for more safety. It nice large size dock, bring your boat end to enjoy your private dock.
30 minutes to Santa's Village: Muskoka's Theme Park, 15 minutes to Orillia, and 20 minutes to all the big stores like Costco and Walmart.
5 minutes to the town of Washago which has a fresh market and nice restaurant. Please see the guidebook for the recommended stores and restaurants.

# Facts about our Cottage Every guest should know before booking.
1- in 2024 We have added the following to improve our guest experience, Brand new Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, and stove. All 4 appliances are brand new.
2-Our beautiful waterfront cottage is an old raised bungalow that we renovated and spent a lot to fix the inside, there is going to be always more to be done. Please expect imperfection in some areas.
3- We are always full in the season and booked back to back which doesn't usually give us enough time to check if something not working or unnoticed item is missing. usually, we respond fast to any reported issue.
4- We organize the furniture to suit the 8 people who come and use things, so please do not expect them to be brand new or scratch-free!
5- We listen to our Clients's Feedback and work every day to improve our client experience by fixing reported issues, and adding indoor, and outdoor furnature, and facilities regularly.
