Step into your private unobstructed panoramic view of Kootenay Lake. Two Bears 🐻 🐻 Cabin is nestled on a cliff overlooking the lake. A short two minute walk will take you to the lakeside where you can cast your fishing 🎣 rod, launch your kayak, or go for a swim. The large spacious loft includes one queen bed and one double bed separated with a privacy screen. There are multiple decks and pathways to the south, west, and north sides of the cabin allowing you to enjoy both Kootenay sun, forest shade and sunsets. The grassed area to the east is where you can have your morning coffee watching the sunrise. The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a wood stove in the living room, and a fire pit just outside the cabin to add to your cabin getaway. Firewood is provided. As well, there is a community fire pit and sauna shared with neighbours at lakeside.
Given the placement of the cabin, you can enjoy complete privacy when you step inside or onto the decks throughout the day. You will be swept away into the enchanted East Shore Kootenay Lake where you can explore: an abundance of trails, beaches, and artisans, & enough eateries and grocery options to keep you entertained. You can take a 35 minute free ferry ride will access the west side of Kootenay Lake where you can: soak in hot springs, hike to a glacier, fly on a zip line, go spurlunking, or visit the historic communities of Nelson or Kaslo.
Our minimum stay is 5 nights.
