The Space
Entering from the outside door, guests will come into a small entryway where they can hang their jackets and take off their shoes. Entering the suite, guests can head to their right to access the laundry closet, well-stocked kitchen, dining area with space for 4, and comfortable living space. As a bonus in the living area, there is a sofa table with two bar stools where guests can enjoy a meal while watching TV, or set up their laptops and take care of their work.
After entering the suite and turning to their left, guests will find the two equal sized rooms, each equipped with comfortable queen beds (bloom mattresses and premium quality bedding) and a large wardrobe. Nearby to the bedrooms, guests will find a 4-piece bathroom as well as an oversized storage closet, storing cleaning supplies, board games, bath towels, laundry supplies, and appliance manuals.
The suite is fully insulated, has its own heating and cooling, and guests will have the entire suite to themselves!
Guest Access
There is one street parking space available at the front of the house for guests. Once parked, guests can walk along the left side of the home to find the suite door, equipped with an electronic keypad. On the morning of check-in, the host will send the access code to unlock the exterior door. Guests will enter into a mudroom where they can hang their jackets and remove their shoes. There will be a door marked as the 6th Ave Suite with a key in the door handle for guests to use for their stay. The other door is the utility room access, which on rare occasions, may need to be accessed during the guests' stay. Guests will have the entire suite to themselves.
